Returns Policy

We are committed to replacing your goods within 14 days, with proof of purchase, providing the goods are in original condition. We do not refund for incorrect choice OR if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, we encourage you to please choose carefully. But we can exchange for other item. In case of return, customer will shoulder freight charges. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item(s). You are responsible for safely packaging your returns to ensure we receive the items in original condition. We recommend that you return the goods with Tracking Number. We will not be able to refund any items that are lost in transit back to us.

Attipas NZ will accept returned Footwear if:

      · The shoes is faulty or with manufacturing defect, or

      · The shoes does not fit for the purpose, or

      · The shoes does not match the sample or description.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the policy has not been adhered to.

Faulty Items

We appreciate your purchase and aim for 100% satisfaction. Please Email Us immediately should there be any issues upon receipt of your order. In the event that you have received faulty or damaged goods, any reasonable return postage shall be at our cost and expense. Our liability shall be limited to providing a replacement or full refund for defective goods being returned, and the alleged defective condition being confirmed by us. We always make sure that all Attipas Shoes are in perfect condition before we ship them. Please note that general wear and tear, including pilling of fabric, is not grounds for a faulty replacement.


If the item you receive from your online order does not match you can make arrangement to return or exchange the item. If you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please Email Us to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

We make mistakes, occasionally. In the event that a product is listed incorrectly or there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that may have been placed for such a product listed and/or correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). If your credit card has already been charged for such an erroneous purchase, we shall issue a credit to your card for the full amount of the charge.

Risk Of Loss

The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. We always provide Tracking Number for all item shipment.
