Shipping will be paid by the buyer in the amount agreed upon at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of the item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. We can ship internationally with condition and shipping cost may be doubled or it may depend on the quotation of the courier company to be used to ship the item in the country specified. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held liable.

Fastway Couriers will deliver your order. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing tracking details on how to follow your order’s journey to your door. Please ensure you Track Your Order.
Signing For Deliveries
To make sure your order safely reaches the address you gave us, a signature is required upon delivery. However, you may choose to have your parcel left without a signature (e.g. on your front door). We’ll ask you to select leave a message on the Contact Us page for delivery instructions. Alternatively, if no one is present to receive your parcel, a notice will be left at your address with alternative delivery or pick-up options through NZ Post.
Changing Your Shipping Address
We know you want your order fast so our aim is to process and pack your order as quickly as possible. This means that if you need to make changes to your order (including your shipping address), we can only do so if it has not left for shipping. To change your shipping address, leave a message on the Contact Us page within the day you purchase your item so we can attend to your concern as soon as possible.
Attipas.co.nz ships to anywhere in New Zealand. We can ship to other countries by arrangement. We aim to have all goods dispatched within 2-3 days of upon receiving your payment. If we are unable to manage this we will inform you of the delay.

Cancellation Of Orders
You may change OR cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed and shipped by contacting us at email@example.com as soon as possible.

Upon checking out you can leave a comment if you want your purchase to be sent as a Gift. You can send items to different shipping address by specifying the name and shipping address of each recipient when you place your order. Alternatively you can Contact Us to add a gift note or Email Us for your order and specify it to be a “Gift” and will be marked and shipped as a gift.
